To ensure efficient shipping, the Go Coconut Play Couch is compressed before being sent to you. This temporary compression does not negatively affect the high-quality foam during the short shipping period.

However, prolonged compression beyond the intended timeframe may cause the play couch to take longer to regain its full shape and could potentially impact the foam’s density. For the best experience, we strongly recommend unboxing your play couch immediately upon delivery to allow it to expand properly.

Most Go Coconut Play Couch orders will be compressed before packaging and shipping. However, select orders within Quebec and Ontario may be shipped uncompressed.

• Unboxing Recommendation: While the foam remains intact within this period, we highly recommend unboxing it as soon as possible to ensure optimal expansion and longevity. Prolonged compression beyond two weeks may impact foam recovery and structure.

Innovative Beam Pillows: The set also comes with two uniquely designed trapezoid-like pillows, known as the beams. Upon receiving your Go Coconut Play Couch, we recommend a quick inspection. While every unit is carefully packed and inspected before shipping, occasional issues may arise. If you identify any defects within the first 2 weeks, we will replace your cover with a brand-new one—entirely free of charge! We’ll also provide a return shipping label for the damaged cover, which will be repurposed in our Almost New Covers initiative to reduce waste.

Up to 6 Months – Free Repairs & Sustainability Commitment

After the initial 2 weeks, rest assured your warranty still has you covered! Should any issue arise, Go Coconut prioritizes sustainability and zero waste by offering free repairs instead of replacements. We will handle the entire repair process at no cost, including shipping both ways, ensuring your Play Couch cover remains in top shape.

6 Months to 1 Year – Free Repairs, Customer Covers Shipping
